Homes will include a mix of apartments and will be focussed on providing family housing . The new community will also benefit from new open spaces and improved facilities for residents.
A greatly enhanced pedestrian network providng key direct routes through the heart of the new community will also be created. Click here to view initial proposals for this route.

- over 500,000 sq ft of new commercial office space
- Community uses including medical facilities, school, recreational space and small retail units
