KEY DEALS REVEALED IN DATA BOOK

Commercial property agent Innes England will launch its latest market report in Derby today.
Featuring up-to-date commercial property intelligence for Derby and the East Midlands as a whole, the Market Insite data book also provides statistics from 2003-7 broken down by retail, office, industrial and investment sectors.
It will also feature profiles of key deals and regeneration.
It is being launched at Pride Park Stadium.
The event was due to start at 8am for registration, a light breakfast and networking, followed by an introduction from Innes England managing director Robert Hartley.
Nick Hosking, director at Innes England in Derby, was due to give a market overview detailing opportunities and threats. Chief executive of Derby Cityscape John Cadwallader was to talk about regeneration plans in the city.
