Derby Cityscape

Work has now begun on this £3.8 million scheme to improve the public open space overlooking the River Derwent and in the shadow of Derby's magnificent Cathedral.

 

As part of the improvements there will also be a new footbridge over the River Derwent with a swing action that will be used in the event of a flood.

 

All work is expected to be completed by Spring next year.
