Chesterfield based Bolsterstone plc, are developing Central Square which will see the redevelopment of the site of the former Sixt Kenning car hire centre on Cathedral Road in the city.
The plans include;
- 50,000 sq ft of new commercial office facilities
- Four storeys of Grade A office space
Work is due to begin this year and expected be completed by late 2009.
