Planning permission has been granted for City Gate House, Cedar House Investment's new office scheme which will be a landmark within the City's Cathedral Quarter.
Situated on the inner ring road, the 60,000 sq ft development will comprise of much needed Grade A office accomodation together with complimentary retail/leisure space.
Construction work is expected to begin this year.
