QUAD will increase the cultural offer within the city centre providing a new art gallery, multi-media studios and a two screen cinema.
This £10 million development will also include a cafe / bar with outdoor seating and workshop space and busineess units for the creative industries.
Due to open in summer 2008 QUAD will host some of the most spectacular artistic events that Derby has ever seen. The Derby Feste held in October 2007 is testament to the type of events that will be coming to the city.
