A new £1.3 million footbridge is now complete over St Alkmund's Way, which reflects the industrial heritage of Derby with unique design features and is a major part of the city's improving public realm.
Derby City Council worked in partnership with Derby Cityscape and comissioned public art design specialist Dennis O'Connor to create the unique footbridge, which now links the city centre with St Mary's Church for pedestrians and cyclists.
